What do I do if my order is missing an item?
- Check your email to see if we have emailed you regarding sending your items separately.

How long does it take to receive my parcel?
- Local shipments take approximately 3-5 working days to reach the allocated address (working days does not include weekends).
- Gulf shipments take approximately 5-7 working days to reach the designated destination.
- International shipments take approximately 7-15 working days to reach the designated destination.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for local and international shipments vary depending on the weight of the items orderd and the destination shipping cost.
What if I need to change my address?
To change your address, logon to MadinMade.com and click on account. On the left hand side of the page you will find a link called “Address book”. Click on it and change your billing/shipping address.
Can I place an order and pick it up from the stores?
Unfortunately, This service is not available at this moment. Orders can be shipped wherever you are in and outside Saudi Arabia.
How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen the product that you would like to buy, click on "add to cart" When you have added all your products to the cart and you are ready to place an order, click on the cart icon at the top right hand side of the page Once you are transferred to the list of products page click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ button at the bottom right hand side of the screen You will then be transferred to our purchasing server which will ask you to choose to check out as a guest or as a register If you are already registered, click on ‘login’ and type in your login details.
If you are not registered, click on checkout as guest and continue the payment process Fill in your details accordingly The shipping method rate will be displayed on the screen. Once you are finished click on place order. You will be directed to the secured payments page Choose your payment type and enter your details and click on confirm. By completing this step, you will have placed your order
How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made through credit cards, Money transfer to our bank account And Cash On Delivery (only available in Saudi Arabia) which cost additional 18 SAR.
Can I pay with a different currency?Yes, you can pay with any currency available on your credit card. When you order from our website, your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.
Is the website secure?Yes, our website is safely secured and our security certificate is issued by Thawte, a World-Class company and a Leading Certificate Authority.
Can I order from my mobile phone?
Yes, you can access our website from your mobile phone as well as browse products and make purchases easily.
Do I have to create an account to buy products?
No, Creating an account allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you make a purchase. It also allows you to perform actions such as view previous orders and reprint invoice. Creating an account also helps us deliver the best services to your door step. We deliver shipments worldwide.
What if I had custom fees or taxes?
Orders shipped outside of Saudi Arabia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Almunawara has no control over these charges, nor can Almunawara predict what they may be. In case the customer refuses to pay any of these fees, the parcel will be returned to our base, fees and shipping charges will be deducted from order amount the customer paid.
